Totspot, a half social network, half publishing platform for parents and kids, has just opened to the public. Our team worked on planning, designing and building the platform, which is built on top of Ruby on Rails. An extended case study of our work on Totspot will be added to this site soon.
Our team has worked with Techcrunch, GigaOm, VentureBeat and Read/WriteWeb on the Crunchies 2007. We developed the website and infrastructure using Ruby on Rails, and designed the event’s identity system, including branding and award design. We’ll update our work pages with more details about this project soon.
Fred Oliveira is going to be moderating a Design and User Experience panel at Web 2.0 Expo Berlin in November on “Moving from 1.0 to 2.0: Philosophies and Structures for Change”. See you there!
Our whole team is going to be in Berlin for Railsconf Europe 2007, so if you happen to be in town from the 16th to the 20th let us know - or, just catch us at the conference if you’re attending as well!
